Tina came to us after working with another design agency that fell short of her expectations. Tina was looking to draw inspiration from Tracy Tutor’s brand but with more neutral tones, all while leveraging her new brokerage, The Agency, whose primary colours are red and white. Quite the challenge.

Tracy Tutor is a powerful LA-based broker. We wanted some of those same qualities to shine through on Tina’s site. To do this, we chose a powerful pose for her profile photo on the home page to emphasize her strength. We chose a serif font for headlines, making them larger where possible. Throughout the site, we chose a blend of luxury images and videos, using an overlay to lighten them when needed. You’ll still find some of The Agency’s bold red on the site, but we’ve limited the use mostly to a page dedicated to The Agency itself.
