Meet Fernando Zilli, Owner/Managing Broker of Tribeca Mortgages!
Based in Victoria BC, Tribeca Mortgages continues to be your local broker with all the resources of a national firm.
Born in Vancouver BC, Fernando Zilli, Owner/Managing Broker of Tribeca Mortgages got into this industry when he was 18 years old, first working at Coast Capital Savings. He became one of the youngest mortgage lenders in the company, and then transitioned from Coast Capital Savings to TD Mobile Mortgage Team. He spent about 3 years there, then became a licensed broker in 2012 and started working at Tribeca Mortgages in 2016.
There are so many reasons why Fernando loves his job, but “my favourite part is obviously helping people find a home or get the home of their dreams, and being that independent third party when it comes to looking at finances from a different perspective” tells Fernando. “We solely look at helping our clients through one of the most important purchases of their life, and I love helping clients, friends, and family navigate through the largest purchase of their life.”
Fernando would like to acknowledge Niko Mavrikos, his business partner, for helping start Tribeca Mortgages, and Jason Zailo for supporting them in opening the business. Furthermore, Fernando can’t thank his wife, Emily Zilli enough for her continued love and support. “It’s tough to start out in a business like this, and she’s been my support the whole time” says Fernando.
Tribeca Mortgages is a big supporter of local businesses, children teams and events, and local athletes such as Alexi Argyriou, undefeated Canadian MMA fighter.
